We offer a range of consumer products including installment loans for a variety of purposes, auto loans, home improvement loans, and real estate mortgages, including mortgages marketed through the secondary market.

BUSINESS:

We offer business products including inventory loans, equipment financing, short-term operating lines of credit, and real estate mortgages. We will assist qualifying applicants to obtain SBA guarantees.

AGRICULTURAL:

We offer agricultural loans for crop and/or livestock production, equipment financing, short-term operating lines of credit, and real estate mortgages. We will assist in obtaining FSA guaranteed loans. We also participate in the Iowa Agricultural Development Authority’s Beginning Farmer program.
